Understanding Whole Minds Reports
Whole Minds Reports makes report writing fast, simple, and accurate for clinical and school psychologists. Available customer support, tutorials, and training resources are provided to our users to enhance your experience.

Step One:
Add custom report elements such as your district logo, a custom header, and the examiner’s name in the settings dialog. These settings will be saved for all future reports.

Step Two:
Click “Create Report” and add the student/client information. A full report template will be generated with headers (Assessments, Review of Records, Interviews, Observations, Results) and your custom content.

Step Three:
Click “Add Results” to add Cognitive and Academic results. Interpretative tables will be added to the results section with the scores, descriptive ranges, and impact statements.
